so in covid times 3 years ago i came with my girlfriends on our trip and it's already hard picking a restaurant in vegas because there are a GAZILLION of options. we went to Momofuku and had our server DAN / DANIEL wait on us... he was AMAZING. BOMB DOT COM. we ordered a chef special where the chef picks your dinner lineup based on A. how much money you want to spend and B. how hungry you are.... fast forward to this weekend, 3 years later i told my other friend on our trip to vegas we NEED to go to Momofuku!!!! and what was better than the food was our service, Daniel was our server again and he not only is so excited and well educated on all of the dishes, but he really checks in to make sure YOU GENUINELY like the cocktails and the food. Im not normally one to say this, but for me, the chicken dishes were the winners of the night and the cucumber appetizer... im still dreaming of it now and cant wait to go back in another 3 years lol im not one for dessert so i kept it to the dishes, but i also LOVE the ambiance and the fact that you can see the sunlight outside which is a rare thing for vegas restaurants.

The first time I stumbled across the word Momofuku was at my local Whole Foods as I was browsing the chili oil/soy sauce section when my eye caught the word "chili crisp" and the bolder word, "Momofuku". After a quick glance at the label, I said "you're coming home with me". Long story short, I've been in love with that chili crisp oil ever since and have made it my mission to try the actual Momofuku restaurant in Las Vegas. My dream came true this past weekend. Everything and I mean everything was perfect, from attentive/knowledgable staff, to the environment, to dietary accommodations, and most importantly to taste. How did this place get me to love my archenemy called mushrooms? I'll never know. But *chefs kiss* and a million thanks to the genius behind these dishes.

Always one of my favorites while in Vegas. Located in the Cosmopolitan. The food and service are always great. It's on the pricey side, but it's Vegas. I live there Ramen. And save room for Milk pie - from the milk bar ( attached to momofuko)

"Chef's kiss" and vegetarian friendly restaurant that would indulge in over and over again. We started our food adventure and started with the spicy cucumber. The main base for the sauce is scallion (my hubby asked). I am 50/50 if I would get this dish again because it had an interesting taste. I can't really describe it. It had flavor but to me only when you added everything together (peanuts, green sauce, and cucumber). We then ordered Ginger Scallion and Mushroom Ramen and shared the two plates. SO DELICIOUS, both dishes but the Mushroom Ramen was my fave out of the two. The Ginger Scallion is refreshing especially after walking around in the hot sun. You're probably thinking Ramen in this weather. YES, YES, YES. The restaurant is a nice cool temperature by the time we got settled, the ramen was timely. We ordered a side of tofu which was surprisingly well seasoned and went well with both noodle dishes. Both dishes were very flavorful and exactly what the tummy needed to jump start the rest of our day. We will be back! Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Everyone was very friendly and we were well taken care of. Ambiance: 10/10 it's a total vibe and I love the graffiti style art.

We got hungry late at night and made it to momofuku 40 min before closing on a weekday! We were seated at the kitchen bar and it was so engaging watching the chefs prepare the food. Also seeing the food come out helped us decide what to try! Everything was immaculate! The only thing that we would pass on is the Hokkaido scallop crudo. It is very fresh and the sauce is tangy sour, but for me I would have just gotten scallop at a sushi place instead for fresher and juicier scallop. It's good but didn't satisfy my sushi/ raw fish craving. Then came the sprouting cauliflower. This was amazing it was sweet spicy sour all at once and the texture was a bit crispy on the tops and tender. For those who want some greens, this is a must. There's also some crispy garlic pieces on top. I loved the flavoring, there might be so fish sauce too I feel like I tasted it in the aftertaste. Then came the pork belly buns. SO GOOD. SO CRISPY THICK TENDER WITH SOFT BUNS. IMMACULATE! AND THERES CUCUMBERS UGH SO GOOD! Then came the ginger scallion noodle, noodle texture was just right- not to soft and a bit of a chewy texture. Loved how many mushrooms there were, made it so umami! The mushroom ramen, wow. The mushroom broth was so rich in mushroom and wasn't overly salty at all. You really tasted the mushroom and the toppings paired so well. I added a pork belly but it's not even needed because they give a huge crunchy (soft) mushroom piece with deep fried enoki, paired so well with the ramen. Again, the noodle texture is really good. Not overcooked, just right!! The star of the show for me was the grilled Iberico pork, no words. The flavor was sweet and tangy like better than Kbbq flavor ones. So much more in depth with pineapple as a sweetener and the pork was grilled so is was crispy and so tender in the middle. Melts in your mouth omg so good. A must for me! The only thing is I got rice with the pork because I'm a rice girl, it's a bit soggy and clumpy but I think it's because it's been sitting there and it was the end of the night. But that's the only miss. Everything was amazing! Exceed my expectations will definitely be back and I'll be taking my friends for sure :)

If you're visiting Las Vegas I would definitely make a reservation to come by and try Actually pretty impressed. Salad: I'm a big salad fan. I was kinda surprised by how much the sesame seeds overpowered the salad. Was that on purpose? It was still very good though it was just a TON of sesame seeds lol. Pork buns: tasty with the sauce! Very bland without the sauce. Lamb ribs: I would recommend getting this only if you're a lamb meat fan. I don't think I'm a fan. Spicy miso ramen: solid dish. I feel the ramen was only complete when I broke my poached egg in the broth- it made the broth so delicious and rich. Good cook time on the noodles and good portion size. Service: it was average, seemed tired and treated us as friends and kinda informal, which I didn't mind at all but some ppl may not like that

This has been my 2nd time at Momofuku. The first time we went was a few years ago. And although I don't remember exactly what we ate, I do remember that the food was good and so when we were staying at the Cosmopolitan a few weeks ago, I suggested we went to Momofuku on the last night. We came on a Sunday evening and were seated immediately. There were 4 in our party. No one really cared to drink anything so we opted for water. We wanted something light and ordered a few items: Mushroom Ramen Spicy Miso Ramen Pork Belly Buns Food came out rather quick. I had a pork bun and the mushroom ramen. I did add pork belly for extra protein. And after eating the pork bun, I realized I should have added a different protein. The pork bun was tasty as it had a nice slice of pork belly, scallion, hoisin and cucumber. I just wish it wasn't so fatty. But then again, it is pork belly! The ramen was really good. The broth had a rich flavor and the noodles were cooked to perfection. The broth was not too salty. Next time I will order either a poached egg or shredded chicken. Overall, dinner was great. Service was good and our water was constantly filled. Will totally come back again when we are back in town.

Vegas has so many places to eat, all of which charge a pretty penny, so it's hard to determine which ones you should actually go for and which ones you'll just be paying a pretty penny for almost nothing. All the while considering tastes are totally subjective and everyone's gonna have different preferences. As much as I would like to go to Bacchanal multiple times the entire duration of my trip, obviously it's not that practical lol! Momofuku is most definitely a "worth it" category for me when in Vegas. I think Dave Chang and the rest of the team responsible for creating this restaurant's menu did a really great job and know how to piece together very yummy meals. Wait staff were very attentive, friendly, and service was excellent! The shrimp baos might've been the least favorite of mine, but were still alright overall. Pork ramen was great and broth was savory. I hate eating ramen that's not savory. Would recommend get the steak and eggs, kinda pricy but loved it. A good steak cooked to medium rare plus, with rolled egg similar to tamago but not nearly as tightly rolled. Oysters are always a great time for me. Also the ramen was a huge boost for me as the night before I might've had a bit too much to drink, and barely enough sleep, I could feel vitals coming back to me lol
